Whether you own an outdoor grill or an indoor grill pan, these three healthy recipes are great for when the hot season of summer hits and you’re craving delicious healthy grilled meals.

Tips for Grilling

Start with a clean grill

Don’t forget to clean your grill each time after you’re done cooking. Make sure your cooking surface is thoroughly clean from chunks of food and remaining oil before you start to grill. This is not only to ensure cleanliness but also helps prevent your food from sticking to the grill.

Preheat your grill for 10-15 minutes

Another great tip to prevent food from sticking to your surface is preheating the grill for a short amount of time. When the grates are hot enough, you’ll find it easier to brush off any chunks of food hanging on to the grates.

Maintain the grill temperatures

Maintaining your grill’s temperature is an important step throughout cooking on a grill.

That’s why the best way to ensure this is to invest in a good grill with a reliable venting system and heat source.

This way, you can have complete control over the heat inside the grill and decide how high/low you want your temperatures to get an evenly cooked meal.
