Braised Beef Brisket
Ingredients:
- 5 lb Beef Brisket flat-cut corned beef brisket
- 5 tbsp Coconut Aminos Or Tamari
- 5 tbsp Olive Oil
- 6 cloves Garlic sliced
- 1 c Onions sliced
- 2 c Water
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 275°
- Coat the beef with the coconut aminos/tamari generously.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the oil until it shimmers.
- Sear the brisket for 5 minutes per side. Transfer to a roasting pan and add the garlic, onion, and water.
- Tightly cover the pan with foil. Place in the preheated oven and roast for about 5 hours until tender.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
