Chili
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 c Onions 1 onion, diced
- 2 stalks Celery diced
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 lb Italian Sausage
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 6 oz Tomato Paste 1 small can
- 42 oz Diced Fire Roasted Tomatoes 3 - 14 ounce cans
- 2 oz Diced Green Chiles 1 small can
- 1 c Chicken Broth
- 2 tbsp Cumin
- 1 tbsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Sea Salt or to taste
- .5 tsp Ground Black Pepper
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in stock pot. Add diced onion, celery, and garlic to pan. Sauté 3 minutes until fragrant.
- Add sausage, ground beef, salt, and pepper to pot. Cook through then add tomato paste, tomatoes, chilis, chicken broth, and spices.
- Simmer for 15 minutes; enjoy!
