Easy Caprese Salad
Ingredients:
- 2.5 lb Tomatoes cut into 1/2-inch slices
- 1 lb Mozzarella Cheese cut into 1/2-inch slices
- .5 c Fresh Basil
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 4 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- .5 tsp Ground Black Pepper
Instructions:
- Arrange tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil on a platter then season with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk the vinegar, oil, and lemon juice together. Drizzle over the tomatoes and cheese and serve!
