Garlicky Pork Roast
Ingredients:
- 3 lb Pork Tenderloin
- 6 cloves Garlic minced or pressed
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 3 tbsp Dried Rosemary
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°
- Mix the garlic, oil, and rosemary in a bowl, then rub the mixture all over the pork tenderloin.
- Place the pork in a roasting pan and roast for about 2 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 145°
- Let rest 5-10 minutes before slicing.
