Honey Lemon Chicken
Instructions:
- Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt. Add chicken and lemon slices to the hot oil and allow to cook for 4 minutes before flipping over and cooking 4 more minutes.
- While chicken cooks, whisk sauce ingredients together.
- Add broccoli florets and sauce. Stir to combine and reduce the heat to low. Let simmer for about 5 minutes while stirring frequently to coat everything in the sauce.
