Honey Lemon Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts cut into bite sized pieces
  • .5 tsp Sea Salt
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Lemons sliced, seeds removed
  • 1 head Broccoli cut into florets

Sauce

Instructions:

  • Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt. Add chicken and lemon slices to the hot oil and allow to cook for 4 minutes before flipping over and cooking 4 more minutes.
  • While chicken cooks, whisk sauce ingredients together.
  • Add broccoli florets and sauce. Stir to combine and reduce the heat to low. Let simmer for about 5 minutes while stirring frequently to coat everything in the sauce.
