Minute Mayo
Ingredients:
- 1 Eggs large, room temperature
- .5 tsp Ground Mustard
- .5 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 16 tbsp Avocado Oil can sub light olive oil
Instructions:
- Place all the ingredients in a wide mouth jar.
- Immerse stick blender and start on high.
- When mayo begins to form, slowly pull the blender through the rest of the oil to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate.

OK! Just made this and it came out great! Use a large egg or even an extra large egg in this. If not available, start with 3/4 cup oil and see how you like it. I didn’t have/use mustard powder but I like it just the way it is! Super easy! 🙂
