  • Place all the ingredients in a wide mouth jar.
  • Immerse stick blender and start on high.
  • When mayo begins to form, slowly pull the blender through the rest of the oil to combine.
  • Cover and refrigerate.

    OK! Just made this and it came out great! Use a large egg or even an extra large egg in this. If not available, start with 3/4 cup oil and see how you like it. I didn’t have/use mustard powder but I like it just the way it is! Super easy! 🙂
