Quicken Chicken
Ingredients:
- 8 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 4 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- .25 c Maple Syrup
- 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- .5 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 2 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
Instructions:
- Turn the oven on to broil. Line a baking dish with foil and set aside.
- Add chicken to mixture, turning to coat.
- Pour entire contents into baking dish.
- Broil on low for 10 minutes each side.
- Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
