Sausage & Broccoli
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 lb Italian Sausage mild, casings removed
- 1 head Broccoli cut into florets
- 2 cloves Garlic minced or pressed
Instructions:
- In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Cook sausage until browned, about 8-10 minutes, stirring frequently. With a slotted spoon, transfer sausage meat onto a plate and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the broccoli and cook for about 6 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in the garlic and cook about 3 minutes. Add the cooked sausage back to the skillet mixing together and heating up about 1 minute.
