Instant Pot AIP Chicken Kale Soup
Ingredients:
- 2 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts cut into bite sized pieces
- 4 c Chicken Broth
- .5 c Onions chopped
- 1 head Kale shredded
- .25 c Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 4 cloves Garlic minced or pressed
- 1 tsp Turmeric
Instructions:
- Heat Instant Pot on Saute setting. Season chicken with salt, then brown chicken for about 5 minutes. Deglaze with chicken broth and add remaining ingredients to the pot.
- Turn saute setting off. Secure lid and press manual setting and put on high pressure for 10 minutes.
- When time is done, let natural pressure release for 10-15 minutes before removing lid.
