Slow Cooker Cilantro Lime Pork Carnitas
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Pork Butt Roast cut into 2-inch cubes
- .25 c Fresh Cilantro packed
- .5 c Onions thinly sliced
- 3 cloves Garlic minced or pressed
- 3 tbsp Lime Juice
- 3 tbsp Grapefruit Juice
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- .25 tsp Dried Oregano
Instructions:
- In a slow cooker, combine the pork, cilantro, onions, garlic,, citrus juices, salt, and oregano.
- Cook on high for 4 hours.
- Shred the meat with two forks before serving.
