Slow Cooker Pork Carnitas
Ingredients:
- 2 lb Pork Shoulder
- 7 cloves Garlic whole
- 4 tbsp Orange Juice
- 2 tbsp Lime Juice
- .5 c Beef Broth
- 1 tbsp Sea Salt
- 1 tbsp Cumin ground
Instructions:
- Place shoulder in slow cooker. Using a sharp knife, pierce the shoulder 7 times.
- Push garlic cloves in the openings.
- Combine juices, broth, salt, and cumin. Pour the mixture over pork shoulder.
- Cook on low for 6–8 hours or until the pork shreds quite easily with a fork.
