Stepheny’s Deviled Eggs
Ingredients:
- 12 Eggs hard boiled
- .75 c Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dried Parsley
- 1 tbsp Fresh Chives
- 1 tbsp Ground Mustard
- .25 tsp Dried Dill start with a pinch and increase according to your taste
- 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- .5 tsp Paprika more for dusting the eggs
- .5 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- .5 tsp Ground Black Pepper
Instructions:
- Slice the eggs in half lengthwise; remove the yolks and set whites aside. In a small bowl, mash yolks well with a fork, leaving no small lumps. Add remaining ingredients (adjusting to suit taste) and mix well to combine.
- Spoon or pipe egg yolk mixture evenly into the whites. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover tightly with plastic wrap. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve
