Tasty Collard Greens
Ingredients:
- 6 slices Bacon
- 2 lb Collard Greens rinsed and trimmed
- .125 tsp Cayenne Pepper Flakes
- .33 c White Vinegar
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- .5 tsp Ground Black Pepper
Instructions:
- Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium high heat. Cook for about 4 minutes on each side until browned. Remove from heat onto a plate.
- Bring a pot of water to a boil over medium-low heat. Added all the ingredients and stir well. Cook for about 30 minutes until the greens become tender, stirring occasionally. Drain and serve warm.
