Vegetable Kebobs

Ingredients:

  • 1 Bell Peppers red, cut into large pieces
  • 1 Bell Peppers orange, cut into large pieces
  • 1 Zucchini sliced
  • 1 c Onions cut into large pieces
  • 20 Cremini Mushrooms cut in half
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • .5 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 Lemons juiced
  • 1 c Cherry Tomatoes cut in half
  • wood skewers

Instructions:

  • Chop peppers and onion into large pieces. Half large mushrooms and tomatoes. Slice the zucchini.   
  • Thread veggies onto wooden skewers.
  • Drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  • Grill for 15 min or until desired doneness, turning halfway through.
