Instructions:
Chop peppers and onion into large pieces. Half large mushrooms and tomatoes. Slice the zucchini.
Thread veggies onto wooden skewers.
Drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
Grill for 15 min or until desired doneness, turning halfway through.
