Zucchini Gratin
Ingredients:
- 5 Zucchini medium, thinly sliced
- 3 bunches Green Onions sliced
- 0.50 c Feta Cheese
- 0.33 c Cottage Cheese
- 0.33 c Mayonnaise
- 1 Eggs
- 1 tbsp Sun Dried Tomatoes chopped
- 1 cloves Garlic minced or pressed
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
Instructions:
- Sprinkle sliced zucchini with a little salt and set aside to drain for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
- Combine all the other ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Add the zucchini. Put in the baking dish and bake for 35-40 minutes until golden and bubbly.
