Asian Garlic Beef
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 4 cloves Garlic crushed
- 1 lb Top Sirloin Steak thinly sliced
- 1 lb Baby Spinach TIP: Buy prepared spinach leaves to save time (16 ounce bag)
- 1 lb Bok Choy
- .25 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
- 2 tbsp Coconut Aminos Or Tamari
Instructions:
- In a deep skillet, over medium heat, add oil and garlic. Cook 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add sirloin and bok choy STEMS; stir-fry for 3 minutes.
- Add spinach and bok choy LEAVES then season with red pepper flakes and coconut aminos or tamari. Sauté until vegetables are wilted, about 2–3 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
