Balsamic Glazed Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp Fresh Rosemary finely chopped
  • 1 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (also tastes great on thighs, drumsticks, etc.)
  • .25 c Fruity Balsamic Glaze Recipe on 20 Dishes site

Instructions:

  • Finely chop your rosemary.
  • Brush the chicken breasts with a little balsamic glaze on both sides. Sprinkle with fresh rosemary.
  • Heat a grill or grill pan over high heat until ready.
  • Place the chicken on grill and sear on both sides. Brush a little more glaze on while searing.
  • Lower heat and cook until the internal temperature of the chicken is 160 degrees.
  • Remove from heat and cover. Let rest for a few minutes before serving. Serve with your favorite sides and another drizzle of balsamic glaze.
