Balsamic Vinaigrette
Ingredients:
- 2 cloves Garlic minced super fine or pressed
- 8 tbsp Olive Oil extra virgin
- .25 c Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Lime Juice or lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Honey maple syrup also works
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- .5 tsp Ground Black Pepper
Instructions:
- Whisk all of the ingredients together and store in an air-tight jar. Will keep in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
