Slow Cooker Beef Stew
Ingredients:
- 2 lb Beef Stew Meat
- 1.5 c Water
- 3 White Potatoes peeled and diced into 1-inch cubes
- 2 Carrots chopped
- 3 stalks Celery chopped
- 2 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1 tsp Dried Thyme
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- .25 tsp Ground Black Pepper
Instructions:
- Place all the ingredients in a slow cooker.
- Stir with a spoon until the spices are mixed.
- Cook on low for 6 hours. This is a thick stew so you can add water to thin if desired.
