Cabbage Salad
Ingredients:
- .25 c Almonds sliced
- 1 heads Green Cabbage shredded
- .25 c Fresh Cilantro chopped
- 3 bunches Green Onions thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Coconut Aminos Or Tamari
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 tsp Sea Salt or to taste
- .5 tsp Ground Black Pepper
Instructions:
- Toast almonds in a skillet on the stove, about 10 minutes until lightly toasted. Watch carefully; they can burn quickly.
- Mix cabbage, cilantro, and green onions in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk oils and remaining ingredients.
- Pour on dressing and toss well.
- Add almonds just before serving.

We liked the flavor a lot. Next time I will omit almonds, add sesame seeds and use regular green cabbage.
