Crispy and Tender Baked Chicken Thighs
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp Coconut Oil melted
- 2 lb Bone-In Chicken Thighs with skin
- 0.25 tsp Garlic Salt
- 0.25 tsp Onion Powder
- 0.25 tsp Dried Oregano
- 0.25 tsp Dried Thyme
- 0.25 tsp Paprika
- 0.25 tsp Ground Black Pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Spread a thin layer of coconut oil over the aluminum foil.
- Arrange chicken thighs in a single layer on prepared baking sheet.
- In a small container with a lid, combine garlic salt, onion powder, oregano, thyme, paprika, and black pepper. Close the lid and shake container until spices are completely combined.
- Liberally sprinkle spice mixture over chicken thighs, making sure each chicken thigh is evenly covered with the spice mixture.
- Place in the oven and bake until skin is crispy, thighs are no longer pink at the bone, and the juices run clear, approximately 45 minutes. The internal temperature should reach 165 degrees F with the meat thermometer inserted in the thickest part of the thigh without touching bone.
- Remove chicken from oven and serve with your favorite side dish.
