Easy and Healthy Slow Cooker Steak Italiano Marinara
Ingredients:
- 2 lb Sirloin Steak Tips boneless, cubed
- 1 c Onions 1 small onion, yellow, diced
- 2 oz Baby Spinach fresh
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 28 oz Crushed Tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 tsp Fresh Basil
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 0.50 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 0.50 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on “low” for 6-8 hours.
Notes
Tip: If making fresh, pour half of crushed tomatoes into slow cooker and then stir seasonings into remaining crushed tomatoes in can. Then, pour into slow cooker. It will save you from having to mix the sauce in a bowl that you have to wash!
