Easy Side Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Mixed Baby Greens
- .5 c Red Onions sliced
- 1 Carrots shredded
- 1 Cucumbers sliced
- 1 Avocado peeled and diced
Instructions:
- Peel and dice avocado.
- Toss ingredients together with dressing of your choice. Divide between 4 bowls.
