  • .5 c Red Onions sliced
  • 1 Carrots shredded
  • 1 Cucumbers sliced
  • 1 Avocado peeled and diced

Instructions:

  • Peel and dice avocado.
  • Toss ingredients together with dressing of your choice. Divide between 4 bowls.
