Easy Steak Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Flank Steak or cut of your choice, thinly sliced
  • 1 c Onions 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 5 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Ginger minced
  • 3 tbsp Coconut Oil or fat of your choice
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • .25 tsp Sea Salt or to taste
  • 3 Carrots shredded or sliced thin
  • .5 lb Green Cabbage shredded
  • 1 c Sugar Snap Peas
  • 1 c Mushrooms sliced or quartered
  • 2 c Swiss Chard shredded
  • .5 c Coconut Aminos Or Tamari
  • .5 c Beef Broth

Instructions:

  • Heat a large skillet or wok over medium heat and add the oil.
  • When the oil is heated, add the steak, onions, garlic, spices, and ginger.
  • Cook until the steak and onions are browned. 
  • Once the steak has browned, add the rest of the vegetables, coconut aminos or tamari, and beef broth. Stir to combine and cover with the lid.
  • Cook for 5–8 minutes and remove from heat. Serve.
