Easy Steak Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Flank Steak or cut of your choice, thinly sliced
- 1 c Onions 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 5 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tbsp Fresh Ginger minced
- 3 tbsp Coconut Oil or fat of your choice
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- .25 tsp Sea Salt or to taste
- 3 Carrots shredded or sliced thin
- .5 lb Green Cabbage shredded
- 1 c Sugar Snap Peas
- 1 c Mushrooms sliced or quartered
- 2 c Swiss Chard shredded
- .5 c Coconut Aminos Or Tamari
- .5 c Beef Broth
Instructions:
- Heat a large skillet or wok over medium heat and add the oil.
- When the oil is heated, add the steak, onions, garlic, spices, and ginger.
- Cook until the steak and onions are browned.
- Once the steak has browned, add the rest of the vegetables, coconut aminos or tamari, and beef broth. Stir to combine and cover with the lid.
- Cook for 5–8 minutes and remove from heat. Serve.
