  • Slice the sausages.
  • Set pot to SAUTE then add oil and sausage. Brown sausage pieces on both sides.
  • Rinse the red beans in cool water while the sausage is browning.
  • Add the red beans, spices, minced garlic, onion, celery, green pepper, and salt. Pour in broth to cover. Stir to combine.
  • Seal lid and bring pot to HIGH PRESSURE. Cook for 20 minutes. Allow pressure to drop naturally. Remove lid, stir, and serve over rice.
