  • If making your own mayo, make your mayonnaise.
  • Once you have your mayo ready, finely mince your parsley, onion and artichoke hearts and place them in a bowl.
  • Add the dijon mustard, lemon juice and zest, sea salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Add the mayo and use a spatula to gently fold the ingredients into the mayo. Careful not to stir too vigorously or the mayo will lose some of its texture and fluff.
  • Store in the fridge up to 1 week.
