Low Carb Meatloaf
Ingredients:
- 1.5 lb Ground Beef
- .33 c Red Onions chopped
- .5 c Pork Rinds crushed
- .5 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 2 cloves Garlic minced or pressed
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1.5 tsp Ground Mustard
- 1.5 tsp Chili Powder
- .5 c Tomato Sauce
- 2 Eggs
- .33 c Ketchup
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except ketchup.
- Place mixture in a prepared 5x9 inch loaf pan. Press and shape into a loaf shape.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until reaching desired texture.
- Let cool for 2-5 minutes.
- Drain any rendered fat. Remove loaf from pan then spread ketchup on loaf.
- Cut and serve immediately
