Ingredients:

  • 1 Bell Peppers green, sliced
  • 1 Bell Peppers red, sliced
  • .5 c Onions sliced
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • .5 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts cut into large dice

Fajita Seasoning

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place bell peppers and onions into mixing bowl and thoroughly coat with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Place bell peppers and chicken breast cubes on top of sheet pan. Season with the fajita seasoning.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
