One-Pan Chicken Fajita
Ingredients:
- 1 Bell Peppers green, sliced
- 1 Bell Peppers red, sliced
- .5 c Onions sliced
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- .5 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts cut into large dice
Fajita Seasoning
- .5 tbsp Chili Powder
- .5 tsp Garlic Powder
- .25 tsp Cumin
- .25 tsp Paprika
- .25 tsp Sea Salt
- .25 tsp Ground Black Pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place bell peppers and onions into mixing bowl and thoroughly coat with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place bell peppers and chicken breast cubes on top of sheet pan. Season with the fajita seasoning.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
