Pan Fried Cod
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Cod Filets wild caught
- 1 tbsp Butter or ghee
- 1 Lemons juiced
- 1 tsp Sea Salt or to taste
- .5 tsp Ground Black Pepper
Instructions:
- Pat fish dry then season salt and pepper on both sides.
- Melt butter in a large skillet.
- Place fish in hot skillet.
- Cook fish 3–4 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Squeeze lemon over fish just before serving.
