Petite Meatloaf Dinner
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Ground Turkey
- .33 c Quick-Cooking Oats
- 6 tbsp Ketchup divided
- .25 c Onions finely chopped
- 1 Eggs
- 1 tsp Dried Thyme
- 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 12 oz Green Beans trimmed
- 10 oz Carrots peeled and trimmed
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- .5 tsp Garlic Powder
- .25 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Coat a large baking pan with cooking spray.
- Combine turkey, oats, 3 tbsp ketchup, onion, egg, thyme, and .5 tsp salt in a medium bowl. Divide into 4 loaves (4x2.5 inches) and place evenly spaced on the baking pan. Combine Worcestershire sauce and remaining 3 tbsp ketchup in a small bowl and brush over meat loaves.
- Combine green beans, carrots, olive oil, garlic powder, and remaining salt in a large bowl. Scatter vegetables around meat loaves. Bake for 12 minutes. Turn vegetables over and continue to bake until loves are no longer pink inside, 12-15 minutes.
