Plum and Raspberry Salad
Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp Honey
- 4 c Mixed Baby Greens
- 1 Plum cut into thin wedges
- .5 c Fresh Raspberries
- .5 c Walnuts toasted, roughly chopped
- .5 c Ricotta Cheese
Instructions:
- In large bowl, whisk first 4 ingredients. Toss with greens and half of plum slices, berries, and walnuts. Dollop with ricotta.
