Portobello Mushroom 'Buns'
Ingredients:
- 8 Portobello Mushrooms stems and gills removed
- 4 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- .5 tsp Ground Black Pepper Omit for strict AIP
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Place portobello caps on a small baking sheet, gill side up, and drizzle extra-virgin olive oil on them.
- Roast the caps 12 minutes. Remove them from the oven and season them with salt and pepper. Can be used as buns on any sandwich!
