Sautéed Garlic Okra
Ingredients:
- 1 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 lb Okra
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- .5 tsp Ground Black Pepper Omit if strict AIP
Instructions:
- Trim, rinse, and pat okra dry. Cut into bite sized pieces and set aside.
- Heat a large frying pan over medium high heat. Add oil and heat until it shimmers, about 30 seconds. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add okra, stir to combine, and cover. Cook, shaking pan frequently, until okra starts to brown on the edges and is tender to the bite, about 8 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
