  • Mix all ingredients except chicken and heavy cream.
  • Pour half the curry mixture on the bottom of the slow cooker, add the diced chicken, and pour the remaining curry mixture on top. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  • In the 20-30 minutes before serving add heavy cream and stir in. If the curry is too spicy add more heavy cream. Serve over rice, cauliflower, or another starch of your choice.
