Ingredients:

  • .5 lb Shrimp cooked and peeled
  • 1 Limes juice
  • 1 Avocado peeled and chopped
  • 1 c Cherry Tomatoes halved or quartered
  • .25 c Red Onions diced
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Cilantro
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • .5 tsp Ground Black Pepper

Instructions:

  • Coarsely chop ½ of the shrimp.
  • Combine chopped shrimp, whole shrimp, lime juice, chopped avocado, tomatoes, onions, and cilantro.
  • Season to taste with sea salt and pepper.
  • Serve and enjoy!
