Instructions:
Add all ingredients EXCEPT sour cream and parsley to a slow cooker, and mix well. Cook on high for 4 hours.
After 4 hours, stir in the sour cream. Serve with a rice, pasta of your choice, or roasted spaghetti squash, topped with plenty of fresh parsley.
