Add coconut oil, beef, onions, and garlic to a pan and cook over medium heat until almost no pink remains in the beef. Season with salt and pepper
Add cabbage to the pan, cover, and cook for about 5 minutes until wilted and tender. Remove the lid and cook on high for about 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly, to dry out the pan
Turn heat down to low and add coconut aminos, vinegar, and sesame oil. Stir together and cook for about 3 minutes, until the mixture is fully coated in sauce
To serve, transfer beef and veggies to a plate and top with sesame seeds
