Full Fat Canned Coconut Milk
Instructions:
In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat and add the onions and garlic.
Sauté until lightly browned. Add the salt, garlic powder, and onion powder and stir to combine.
Add the baby spinach, parsley, and coconut milk.
Cover and reduce heat to low until the spinach is wilted.
Stir to combine and remove from heat.
Serve with your favorite meal.
