Instructions:
Cook chopped broccoli rabe in boiling salted water until tender, 2 to 3 minutes; drain.
Toast chopped salted peanuts, unsweetened coconut flakes and red pepper flakes in coconut oil in a large skillet, 1 to 2 minutes.
Add the broccoli rabe and sliced garlic; toss. Season with salt.
