Ingredients:

Salad

  • 16 oz Baby Spinach
  • 1 Apples fuji, thinly sliced
  • .5 c Feta Cheese crumbled
  • .5 c Red Onions sliced
  • .25 c Sliced Almonds

Dressing

Instructions:

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients until completely incorporated.  
  • Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl. Add dressing, toss to combine, and serve immediately.
