Easy Baked Chicken
Ingredients:
- 2 lb Bone-In Chicken Thighs with skin
- .5 c Butter
- 3 cloves Garlic minced or pressed
- 3 tbsp Coconut Aminos Or Tamari
- 1 tbsp Dried Parsley
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- .5 tsp Ground Black Pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375. Lightly grease a baking pan.
- In a microwave safe bowl, mix the butter, garlic, soy sauce, pepper, and parsley then place in microwave to melt the mixture.
- Arrange chicken on the baking pan, and coat with the butter mixture.
- Bake the chicken for 35 minutes turning halfway through Turn the broiler to high and broil each side of the chicken for 5 minutes. Serve.
