Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375. Lightly grease a baking pan.
In a microwave safe bowl, mix the butter, garlic, soy sauce, pepper, and parsley then place in microwave to melt the mixture.
Arrange chicken on the baking pan, and coat with the butter mixture.
Bake the chicken for 35 minutes turning halfway through Turn the broiler to high and broil each side of the chicken for 5 minutes. Serve.
