Herb And Citrus Broiled Trout
Ingredients:
- 1.5 tbsp Olive Oil
- .5 tsp Sea Salt
- .25 tsp Ground Black Pepper Omit for strict AIP
- .5 c Fresh Parsley chopped
- 1 tbsp Dried Dill
- 1.5 lb Trout fillets or bone-in pieces
- 1 Lemons thinly sliced
- 1 Limes thinly sliced
Instructions:
- Preheat broiler. In a bowl, mix oil, salt, pepper, parsley, and dill then spread over fish.
- Place a slice of lemon and lime on each piece of fish.
- Oil a broiler pan. Place fish on pan and broil about 5 inches away from heat, about 5 minutes. Turn with a spatula and broil 3 to 4 minutes, until trout are browned and opaque throughout. Garnish with remaining lemon and lime.
