Overnight Banana Chia Oatmeal
Ingredients:
- 1 c Quick-Cooking Oats
- 1.5 c Plain Yogurt
- 2 Bananas
- 1.5 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- .25 tsp Sea Salt
Instructions:
- Stir everything together in a bowl or jar and place in fridge overnight. For individual servings, divide mixture into 4 small jars or bowls.
- In the morning serve as is, or top with chopped nuts, granola, dried or fresh fruit, or another dollop of yogurt.
