Ingredients:

  • .5 c Red Onions Finely diced (can also use white onion if you prefer)
  • 2 Jalapenos Finely diced (use more or less depending on your taste preferences)
  • 2 c Tomatoes Finely diced (this is roughly 6 roma tomatoes)
  • 3 tbsp Fresh Cilantro Finely diced
  • 2 tbsp Lime Juice
  • .5 tsp Sea Salt
  • .5 tsp Garlic Powder
  • .5 tsp Onion Powder

Instructions:

  • Finely dice your onions, jalapenos, tomatoes, and cilantro and combine in a bowl.
  • Add your lime juice, sea salt, garlic powder, and onion powder, and stir to combine.
  • Serve with your favorite Mexican recipes like tacos, burritos, enchiladas, and more.
