Pico de Gallo (Salsa Fresca)
Ingredients:
- .5 c Red Onions Finely diced (can also use white onion if you prefer)
- 2 Jalapenos Finely diced (use more or less depending on your taste preferences)
- 2 c Tomatoes Finely diced (this is roughly 6 roma tomatoes)
- 3 tbsp Fresh Cilantro Finely diced
- 2 tbsp Lime Juice
- .5 tsp Sea Salt
- .5 tsp Garlic Powder
- .5 tsp Onion Powder
Instructions:
- Finely dice your onions, jalapenos, tomatoes, and cilantro and combine in a bowl.
- Add your lime juice, sea salt, garlic powder, and onion powder, and stir to combine.
- Serve with your favorite Mexican recipes like tacos, burritos, enchiladas, and more.
