Roasted Cauliflower
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Cauliflower florets
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- .25 tsp Sea Salt
- 2 cloves Garlic minced or pressed
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
- Toss all the ingredients together to coat the cauliflower. Lay in a single layer on a sheet pan.
- Roast in the oven 35-40 minutes or until tender, tossing halfway through.
