Roasted Asparagus
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Asparagus trimmed
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- .25 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Toss all ingredients together and spread out in an even layer on a sheet pan.
- Roast for 12-14 minutes until tender. Time will vary by thickness. If you have very thin asparagus do 10-12 minutes, if very thick 12-14 minutes.
