  • Preheat oven to 350° F. and grease a large baking sheet with a bit of coconut oil.
  • Peel and shred the apples.
  • In a large mixing bowl, mash the banana and stir in the apples, coconut oil, maple syrup, and eggs.
  • Add the coconut flakes and mix well.
  • Add the collagen, coconut flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Mix well. Stir in the pecans.
  • Scoop the mixture (a small ice cream scoop works great) on to your greased baking sheet and bake for 25–28 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool, though these taste delicious when they are still slightly warm.
