Basic Grass-Fed Beef Meatball
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 2 Eggs beaten
- 4 cloves Garlic minced or pressed
- 1 tbsp Dried Parsley
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- .5 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Cajun Seasoning
- .25 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- .5 c Gluten-Free Bread Crumbs or gluten-free cracker crumbs, or you can replace with 3–4 tbsp coconut flour
Instructions:
- Place your ground beef, eggs, garlic, and spices in a large bowl and gently combine using a fork or your hands. Make sure to not overwork the beef in order to prevent it from becoming tough.
- Add the bread crumbs and lightly combine.
- Roll mixture into meatballs and place the meatballs on a parchment-paper-lined sheet pan. Let sit in the fridge for one hour. This will help the flavors combine and give you a richer tasting meatball.
- Heat your oven to 375 degrees.
- Place sheet pan in oven and bake for 30–40 minutes or until the meatballs are done all the way through.
- Remove from heat and serve.
